The Warbonnet property is located in the south Pinedale anticline area where the Company has an average working interest of 41.6 percent in 2,480 gross leasehold acres.

The property may be developed year round on 40 acre spacing. In 2005, a test pilot project allowing for 10-acre well spacing on 200 acres at Warbonnet was approved by the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission however no 10-acre well locations have been drilled to date. The property is operated by Ultra Petroleum.
